Operation and Maintenance Technician (Water System)

Job description

  • 1. Role in Operation and Maintenance Activities
  • Responsible for supervising/operating and maintaining utility systems including RO water, water for injection, wastewater, water supply, and fire protection systems;
  • Develop maintenance plans for assigned equipment;
  • Ensure implementation and documentation according to approved regulations and guidelines;
  • Verify application of relevant SOPs and participate in GMP training;
  • Maintain records related to preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and usage logs in compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements;
  • Provide technical consultation and propose improvements in operation and maintenance for optimization and efficiency.
  • 2. Role in Evaluation and Coordination Activities
  • Supervise external contractors performing maintenance and repair of utility, production, and testing equipment;
  • Collaborate and support maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment serving production.
  • 3. Other Tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Department Manager.

Requirements

  • 1. Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a College degree in Environmental Engineering/Industrial Wastewater Treatment and Drainage.
  • 2. Experience and Professional Knowledge
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing plant.
  • 3. Competencies and Personal Qualities
  • Careful and detail-oriented personality;
  • Ability to self-learn and update knowledge, regulations related to the scope of work;
  • Ability to work independently, strong problem analysis skills, and effective work management within assigned responsibilities.
  • 4. Work Shifts
  • Shift 1: From 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM;
  • Shift 2: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
  • Shift 3: From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

  • 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM, Monday to Saturday morning.
