Physico-Chemical Analyst (Quality Control)

Job description

1. Quality Control Tasks
Perform physico-chemical testing, including but not limited to: identification, quantification, related impurities, in accordance with issued testing guidelines;
Conduct validation and verification of analytical methods for raw materials, packaging, and finished products under the guidance of the Team Leader/QC Supervisor;
Validate cleaning verification methods under the guidance of the Team Leader/QC Supervisor;
Test finished products, raw materials, excipients, packaging, and cleaning validation samples as planned;
Test purified water and water for injection according to testing guidelines;
Use and maintain chemicals, reference reagents, and prepare reagents according to testing guidelines;
Use and maintain tools, instruments, equipment, and related laboratory materials in the QC lab;
Participate in investigations of incidents, deviations, OOS/OOT/OOE, and related inquiries as assigned by the Team Leader/Department Head;
Implement corrective and preventive actions as required.
2. Other Tasks
Follow instructions and report directly to the Physico-Chemical Team Leader/QC Department Head;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Physico-Chemical Team Leader/QC Department Head.

1. Education and Qualifications
University degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
2. Experience and Professional Knowledge
Preferred: experience working in pharmaceutical factories, especially EU GMP facilities;
At least 1 year of experience in a physico-chemical laboratory; experience with instruments such as HPLC, UV, IR is an advantage.
3. Competencies and Personal Qualities
Proficient in office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Proactive at work, self-learning, and friendly with colleagues.
