QA Specialist (IPC)
Job description
- 1. Perform IPC Sampling
- Collect samples of intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products during production on oral solid dosage (OSD) and powder for injection (PFI) manufacturing lines;
- Deliver samples of intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products to the QC department, record sampling documentation, and sample handover logs.
- 2. In-Process Control
- Check GMP compliance during production and verify documentation records in the workshop;
- Inspect line clearance and sanitation status of production lines (before and after production);
- Inspect equipment and facility cleanliness before production;
- Perform in-process checks during OSD manufacturing stages: packaging issuance, weighing, compounding, primary packaging (tableting, encapsulation, sachet filling, blistering, etc.), and secondary packaging (cartoning, case packing);
- Perform in-process checks during PFI manufacturing stages: material issuance, vial washing – sterilization drying, autoclaving, powder filling, manual visual inspection, secondary packaging (cartoning, case packing);
- Operate, manage, and record logs for IPC equipment such as analytical balances, moisture analyzers, disintegration testers, hardness testers, and friability testers to perform in-process checks.
- 3. Other Assigned Tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management;
- Report arising issues to management and relevant departments.
Requirements
- 1. Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- 2. Experience and Professional Knowledge
- Knowledge of GMP, GSP, GDP. Training will be provided if no prior experience;
- Experience in EU-GMP projects and related fields is an advantage.
